Reflective Supervision & Practice Coaching
Individual Sessions - 60 minutes
Paid by Organisation $ 220
Paid by Individual $ 190
Group Sessions $ 350 for 90 minutes / min 3, max 5 participants
Room booking fees may apply.
Supervision fees are aligned with the AASW’s Schedule of Recommended Fees for private practice social workers.
Practice Improvement Consulting & Training
Consulting fees reflect preparation, delivery, and follow‑up time, and can be tailored to the scope of work.
Hourly Rate $ 220 ph
Half‑Day $ 750 / Full‑Day $ 1400

HSQS Readiness with Alignment to Child Safe Principles
Support involves structured, detailed work across documentation, practice alignment, and staff readiness.
Readiness Assessment* $ 950 per day
Policy & Procedure Review $ 200 ph
Staff Workshops/Training $ 750 half‑day / $ 1400 full‑day
Accreditation Support $ 220 ph or packages on request
Audit Week Support $ 1200 per day
*Includes document review, gaps/strengths analysis, written summary including recommendations and timeframes.

Cancellation & Changes
Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel or make changes, please let me know as early as you can.
Supervision: Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Organisations: For projects, workshops, and training, 7 days’ notice is appreciated. Work already completed or booked may be invoiced.
