Fees guide and structure

All prices are inclusive of GST. Payment within 14 days after invoicing.

Supervision and Practice Coaching

Individual sessions:  $190 - $220 | 60 minutes (longer sessions available)

Group reflective practice sessions:   $400 | 90 minutes, minimum 3 / maximum 5 people (neg)          

Delivered Australia-wide, online and/or in person (travel fees may apply).

Supervision fees are aligned with the AASW Schedule of Recommended Fees for private practice social workers.

Practice Improvement and Development

Fees include preparation, delivery and follow-up time and will be tailored to the scope and requirements of the work.

Hourly: $250

Half Day (3.5hrs):  $800

Full Day (7hrs):   $1600

• Practice Framework development / review

• Policy and Procedure development / review

• Practice-specific training / workshops

• Service delivery model (re) alignment

Travel fees may apply.

Accreditation Readiness and Preparation

Fees include:

• Structured documentation review against the required standards

• Gaps analysis and recommended actions to meet accreditation

• Improvement and development implementation plan and timeframe

• Human Services Quality Standards (HSQS) / Child Safe Organisation (CSO) staff readiness and preparation workshops

• Audit week support

Hourly: $250

Half Day (3.5hrs):   $800

Full Day (7hrs):  $1600

**Cancellation & Changes**

If you need to cancel or make changes, please let me know as early as you can.

Supervision: please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Organisations: 7 days’ notice please.
